shrinkpixel is a lightweight set of browser-based tools for compressing, converting, and resizing common image formats.
Built around local processing
The app uses your browser's image decoding and encoding capabilities. Image bytes are not uploaded for processing, and supported operations are checked against actual browser output.
Supported formats
JPEG, PNG, and WebP output are offered when the browser confirms support. GIF input is treated as a still first frame; animation is not preserved. Advanced codecs and vector conversion are not included in this launch.
